The Story behind

Cocktails’ owner, Lisa Scherrer, has worked in the service and hospitality industry for more than 25 years.
She’s worked every job out there; from waitstaff to manager and since early 2000, as a business owner and operator.

Her experience has taken her into restaurants, hotels, bars, city facilities and private homes. The hard work and dedication through the years, is the standard she has set for both Cocktails and her staff. Launched in late 1999, by early 2000, Cocktails was off and running. Starting with small house parties, the business quickly grew to weddings, corporate events and eventually the preferred service for the city of San Antonio based events. For several years, after Cocktails acquired licensing by TABC, the company provided alcohol catering to it’s clients but with it came additional time consuming responsibilities.

So in 2012, Cocktails has re-focused it’s attention on what is most important, great staffing for its’ customers! Lisa is a proud mother of 3. She’s married to a former Marine and is now active in the San Antonio Fire Department (SAFD). With dedication and experience, she holds her staff to the same requirements as herself.
